We have just begun the annual telling of the Christian story, beginning with Advent expectation, the celebration of the incarnation at Christmas, the weeks of Epiphany, when the mighty works of God in Christ are remembered, and then the Lenten fast that brings us to the recollection of the Passion and death of Jesus Christ on our behalf.   More
