Serving the Church
Laity
Lay Leader Formation
Process / Forms
Lay leaders have a strong desire to use their talents by helping others to use theirs. While they don't aspire to ordination, those who answer this call do want to exercise their ministry within the context of the Gospel. Therefore, they are willing to devote time and energy to developing their skills through the diocesan lay leader development program.
