The Diocesan Program office is here to be of service and support to you, your parish and the committees of the Diocese. A modern day definition of the Diocese would state that the essence of its existence is to build up the body of Christ by calling on the resources of many parishes to enable a level of mission and ministry that no single parish could do alone. Together we are one. And there is so much to be done. Jesus said, “The bread of God is that which comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.” Through our commitment to common mission and ministry in the Diocese, we knit together every ligament of the Body of Christ, build up the body in love and turn that love out into the world. (From Bishop Lee’s introductory letter in the 2004 Program Book of the Diocese.)
The Programs Office offers consulting, resources, training and events to support the mission imperatives of the Diocese.
